As we evolve our services to better support your wellness journey, we may occasionally need to update our Terms of Service. 1. How We Notify You of Changes

We believe in keeping our community fully informed. When we modify our Terms of Service, we will notify you through one or more of the following methods:

  • Email Notification: A direct message to the email address associated with your SereneMind account, at least 30 days before the changes take effect for material modifications.
  • Platform Notice: A prominent banner or pop-up notification within the SereneMind app and website upon your next login.
  • Updated Effective Date: The "Last Updated" date at the top of our main Terms of Service page will be revised accordingly.

Note: For non-material changes (such as corrections to typos or minor clarifications), we may update the Terms without advance notice. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Effective Date of Changes

Changes to our Terms of Service will generally take effect 30 days after we issue our initial notification. This grace period is designed to give you ample time to review the modifications, ask questions, or adjust your usage of our services. For urgent changes required by law, regulatory compliance, or critical security updates, the effective date may be sooner and will be clearly stated in the notification.

By continuing to access or use the SereneMind platform, including our meditation libraries, therapy matching services, and wellness tools, after the effective date of any changes, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you may discontinue use of our services and formally request account closure through our Help Center or by contacting our support team.

The most current and legally binding version of our Terms of Service is always available at serenemind.com/terms. We recommend bookmarking this page or periodically checking for updates, especially before subscribing to new features or premium tiers. Any printed or cached copies of the Terms may not reflect the latest version.

5. Changes to Specific Services

Certain features within SereneMind (such as live therapy sessions, corporate wellness programs, or third-party integrations) may be governed by supplemental terms. Changes to these specific service agreements will be communicated directly to eligible users and will follow the same notification standards outlined above.
