All expeditions operate under strict safety protocols. You're entitled to certified guides, maintained equipment, emergency evacuation plans, and real-time weather & terrain risk assessments.
Transparent refund tiers are applied based on cancellation timing. Force majeure, severe weather, or medical emergencies qualify for full credit or refund per our published policy.
Your personal and payment data is encrypted, stored securely, and never sold. You control your data retention, marketing preferences, and third-party sharing at any time.
We provide reasonable accommodations for mobility, sensory, and dietary needs. All communications and materials are available in accessible formats upon request.
If an experience falls short of published standards, you have the right to file a formal complaint within 30 days. We guarantee a written response within 5 business days.
Every expedition includes first-aid certified guides, satellite communication devices, and pre-mapped evacuation routes. You'll be covered under our emergency response protocol, and travel insurance is required for international trips.

Guide assignments are based on certification, language, and route expertise. While we can't guarantee specific guides, you may request preferences at booking. Group sizes are capped for safety and can't be altered after confirmation.
All SummitX contracts are governed by the laws of the state of Colorado, USA, with dispute resolution handled through mediation before any legal action.
