If you need something urgent, we can often turn around simple routes in just a few hours. For complex multi-country expeditions, it may take up to 5 business days to ensure every detail is perfect.
Absolutely! We encourage flexibility. You can request route modifications up to 14 days before departure at no extra cost. Changes within 14 days may incur a small adjustment fee depending on the extent of the changes and any rebooking required for accommodations or permits.
There's no minimum — we accommodate solo adventurers, couples, families, and large groups. For solo travelers, we can sometimes connect you with other travelers heading on a similar custom route to share guide costs and make the experience more social.

We offer a 30-day full refund policy on all custom routes. Cancellations between 15-30 days receive a 50% refund. Within 14 days, we offer a full credit toward a future custom adventure. We also recommend travel insurance for additional protection.
