Into the Heart of the Empty Quarter

The Sahara Crossing is not a casual trekβ€”it’s a transformative journey across one of Earth’s most unforgiving and beautiful landscapes. Guided by experienced Berber trackers and SummitX expedition leaders, you’ll navigate massive erg dunes, traverse rocky hamada plateaus, and camp beneath skies so clear they feel within reach.

This route follows historical trans-Saharan trade paths, passing through remote oases, ancient ksour ruins, and nomadic camps. Each day presents unique physical and mental challenges, balanced by moments of profound solitude and breathtaking natural beauty. Support vehicles travel parallel to the route, carrying base camps, fresh water, and gourmet meals.

Whether you’re seeking a serious endurance challenge or a deep cultural immersion, the Sahara Crossing delivers an experience that reshapes how you see the world. Proper preparation, mental resilience, and respect for the desert are essential. We provide everything else.
