Fraudulent Activity

- Attempting to exploit promotional offers, discounts, or referral programs through deceptive means
- Using automated bots or scripts to interact with our website or ordering systems
Intellectual Property Violations

Our farm tours, tasting events, and workshops are special experiences that require mutual respect for our land, our team, and other visitors.
Farm Tour Rules
- Stay on designated paths and guided routes at all times
- Do not touch, harvest, or remove any crops, plants, or produce without explicit permission
- Wear appropriate footwear and attire for walking on farmland
- Listen to your guide's instructions regarding safety and crop protection
- Keep noise levels considerate to respect our working farm environment
Tasting Event Etiquette
- Arrive on time and check in at the registration desk
- Follow the tasting guide's instructions for proper chocolate evaluation
- Share tasting stations and materials courteously with other participants
- Inform staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions before the event begins
- Alcohol consumption is not permitted at our chocolate tasting events unless specifically provided
Workshop Participation

Non-Retaliation: We strictly prohibit retaliation against anyone who reports a violation in good faith. All reporters are protected under our non-retaliation policy.
Enforcement & Consequences
When a violation is reported and confirmed, we take proportionate action based on the severity and context of the behavior. Our enforcement framework is transparent and consistent:
