About Terroir Cocoa
Established in 1987, Terroir Cocoa is a family-owned cacao estate located in the volcanic highlands of Ecuador's Napo Valley. Our mission is to cultivate world-class fine-flavor cacao while preserving the natural ecosystems and supporting the communities that sustain our work.
We specialize in single-origin, bean-to-bar chocolate production, maintaining complete traceability from seed to shelf. Every step of our process is guided by agricultural best practices, traditional fermentation techniques, and a commitment to uncompromising quality.
