Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book farm tours in advance? +

Yes, we strongly recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability and proper guide scheduling. Walk-ins are occasionally accommodated based on daily capacity, but cannot be guaranteed.

What should I wear and bring for a visit? +

Dress comfortably for a tropical climate: light, breathable clothing, closed-toe shoes for the farm paths, sun protection, and insect repellent. We provide tasting gloves, water, and all workshop materials.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing? +

Absolutely. We supply cafes, restaurants, retailers, and specialty food brands. Please email trade@terroircocoa.com or use the form above with "Wholesale / B2B Partnership" selected. We'll send our wholesale catalog and pricing sheet within 24 hours.

Can children join the farm tours? +

Yes! We welcome children ages 8+ on our Classic Farm Walk. They receive a special "Bean Explorer" kit. For the Crafting Workshop, participants must be 12+ due to equipment and temperature controls.
