Yes, we provide free sample kits for wholesale accounts. You'll only pay for shipping, which is refunded on your first bulk order over $500. Contact sales to request a kit.
Standard custom printing requires 10-14 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders (5-7 days) are available for an additional 15% fee. Setups are free for orders of 5,000+ units.
Our paper hot cups are microwave-safe up to 2 minutes but not dishwasher safe. Our reusable PET cold cups and ceramic retail lines are fully dishwasher safe. Check individual product specs for exact ratings.
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are processed as returns. We offer partial refunds for unopened cases upon return.
