MetalCore Manufacturing was founded in 1998 by Robert Chen, a veteran machinist with a vision to bring aerospace-grade precision manufacturing to a wider range of industries.
What started as a modest 5,000 sq ft facility with just three CNC machines and a dedicated team of 12 engineers has grown into a world-class manufacturing powerhouse. Today, our 200,000+ sq ft campus houses over 200 advanced machines, employs more than 1,200 skilled professionals, and serves clients in over 40 countries.
Over the years, we've invested heavily in R&D, automation, and our people. Our continuous improvement philosophy has earned us certifications from the most demanding industries, including aerospace, medical devices, and defense โ sectors where failure is not an option.
