Chassis & Suspension Manufacturing Excellence
MetalCore Manufacturing specializes in producing high-strength, precision-engineered chassis and suspension components for passenger vehicles, commercial trucks, off-road equipment, and specialty vehicles. Our vertically integrated facility handles everything from raw material sourcing to final inspection and delivery. With decades of automotive engineering expertise, we deliver components that meet the rigorous demands of safety-critical vehicle systems.
Our chassis and suspension division operates over 120 CNC machining centers, press lines, forging presses, and welding stations, all supported by an in-house quality lab with CMM, tensile testing, and metallographic analysis capabilities. Every component is manufactured under IATF 16949 quality management and traceability systems.

How We Build Your Components
Our end-to-end manufacturing process ensures every chassis and suspension component meets exact specifications with full traceability.
Design Review & DFM Analysis
Our engineering team reviews your CAD models and drawings, performing Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis to optimize geometry, material selection, and manufacturing method. We provide tolerance stack-up analysis and FEA simulation for stress-critical parts.
Material Selection & Sourcing
We select materials based on your performance requirements—strength-to-weight ratio, fatigue life, corrosion resistance, and cost. All raw materials come with mill certificates and are verified through spectrographic analysis upon receipt.
Forming & Machining
Depending on the component, we employ forging, stamping, casting, or bar stock machining. CNC 5-axis machining centers produce complex geometries with ±0.005mm tolerance. Large frame components are fabricated on automated welding cells with robotic precision.
Heat Treatment & Surface Finishing
Components undergo appropriate heat treatment—quench & temper, induction hardening, shot peening, or cryogenic treatment. Surface finishes include anodizing, powder coating, galvanizing, or plating per specification.
Quality Inspection & Testing
Every part undergoes CMM inspection, dimensional verification, and surface finish analysis. Critical components receive destructive testing (tensile, fatigue, impact) and non-destructive testing (ultrasonic, magnetic particle, dye penetrant). Full first-article inspection reports are provided.
Packaging & Delivery
Parts are cleaned, coated with rust prevention, and packaged in protective material. Each shipment includes certificates of conformity, material traceability documents, and inspection reports. Just-in-time delivery scheduling is available.
