All orders are prepared fresh and shipped directly from our Ecuadorian estate and fulfillment center. We take care to ensure every bar is properly tempered and protected for transit.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days.

International Shipping
We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. International orders are dispatched via express courier to minimize transit time and temperature exposure.

- Restricted Items: Chocolate is generally permitted worldwide, but please check your local customs regulations before ordering.
- Packaging: All international shipments include insulated packaging and cooling elements to protect against heat during transit.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an automated email with a tracking number and direct link to monitor its journey. You can also view tracking details anytime in your account dashboard under "Order History".
Carriers typically take 24 hours to update tracking information after pickup. If you don't receive a tracking email within 48 hours of shipping, please contact our support team.
Address Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders immediately to ensure freshness. Once an order moves to the "Processing" or "Shipped" status, address changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
To request a change or cancellation, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request before it leaves our facility.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
We carefully package every order, but occasionally transit can cause issues. If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:
- Take photos of the packaging and affected items
- Do not discard the original packaging
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
- We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund
For lost packages, please allow 7–10 business days for carrier confirmation before filing a claim. We will assist you throughout the resolution process.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes via Standard Ground and Priority Express. However, Overnight delivery is not available for P.O. Boxes as it requires a physical street address for signature confirmation.
Carriers will typically leave packages in a secure location or require a signature for Overnight shipments. If a signature is required and you're unavailable, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions to reschedule delivery or pick up from a local depot.
During warmer months, we include insulated packaging and temperature-control elements in all shipments. We also partner with carriers that prioritize faster transit routes to minimize heat exposure. If you're expecting extreme heat, we recommend selecting Priority or Overnight shipping.
