Single-Origin Excellence
One farm. One harvest. One extraordinary bar. Discover how terroir shapes flavor in our uncompromising single-origin collection.
Traceable Origins
Every bar is crafted from beans harvested from a single estate, allowing you to taste the exact soil, altitude, and climate of its origin.
Terroir-Driven
Volcanic minerals, ocean breezes, and equatorial sun uniquely imprint each crop, creating flavor profiles impossible to replicate elsewhere.
Small-Batch Craft
Never blended. Each harvest is processed separately to preserve the distinct character and complexity of its native region.
Napo Noir
Grown at 400m elevation in rich volcanic soil. Fermented 7 days in cedar boxes, producing deep, wine-like complexity with a clean, velvety finish.
Chuao Reserve
Harvested from heritage Criollo trees near Lake Maracaibo. Aged in humid coastal air, yielding rare, spicy-sweet notes with exceptional smoothness.
Sambirano Citrus
Sun-dried on raised bamboo beds in the Indian Ocean trade winds. Bright, acidic, and incredibly aromatic with a long, fruity finish.
Andean Earth
High-altitude cultivation in the eastern Andes. Cool nights preserve natural acids, creating a bold, earthy profile with subtle smoky undertones.
Ashanti Milk
Forastero-Criollo hybrid grown under mahogany shade. Naturally sweet with creamy, caramel-like richness and a comforting, nostalgic finish.
Pichincha Intense
Harvested near Quito at 1,200m. Extended conching brings out mineral depth and intense dark fruit character for purists only.
