When will my first box arrive? +
Your first box ships within 5 business days of subscription activation. Subsequent boxes are dispatched on the 1st of each quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct) or as close as weather allows for optimal harvest timing.
Can I change my tier or skip a quarter? +
Yes! Log into your account to upgrade, downgrade, skip a quarter, or pause your subscription. Changes made before the 15th of the billing month apply to the next shipment.
Do you ship internationally? +
Currently, we ship within North America, Europe, and Japan. International subscribers should be aware of potential customs fees, which are not included in the subscription price.
Is there a minimum commitment? +
No long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. If you cancel mid-cycle, you still receive your current quarter's box.
