Can I customize which bars I receive?

Yes! After signing up, you'll receive a flavor preference quiz. We'll match your selections (dark, milk, white, fruity, nutty, etc.) to our seasonal harvest. You can update your preferences anytime in your subscriber portal.

How does the pause/cancel process work?

Your subscription is completely flexible. Log into your account to pause for up to 3 months or cancel instantly. If you cancel before the 15th, you won't be charged for the upcoming cycle. No hidden fees, ever.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, but all US and Canada deliveries are free. Fragile, temperature-sensitive packaging ensures your chocolate arrives in perfect condition.

Are the bars vegan and organic?

Our dark chocolate bars are naturally vegan and certified organic. Our milk chocolate uses ethically sourced dairy from regenerative farms. All ingredients are non-GMO, gluten-free, and sustainably packaged.
