How do subscriptions work? +

Subscriptions are charged on the 1st of each month (or annually). Your box ships within 3 business days. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your dashboard with no hidden fees.

Can I customize the bars in my monthly box? +

Yes! Retail Club members receive a preference form each month to select your preferred cacao percentages and flavor profiles. Wholesale and corporate clients work directly with our account team to curate selections.

What is your wholesale minimum order quantity? +

Our standard wholesale MOQ is 50kg per order. Custom co-packing and private labeling require a 200kg MOQ. Volume discounts apply at 100kg, 500kg, and 1,000kg tiers. Contact our B2B team for a tailored quote.

Do you ship internationally? +

We ship worldwide. Retail and corporate orders include standard international shipping rates calculated at checkout. Wholesale orders are arranged via FOB or DDP depending on your location. Customs duties are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I modify or cancel my plan? +

Retail and Corporate plans can be paused or canceled anytime before the 25th of the month. Annual plans are non-refundable but can be transferred to another member. Wholesale contracts are reviewed quarterly with 30-day notice terms.
