1 File Requirements
Prepare your artwork using the following standards to avoid processing delays or print defects.
| Parameter | Requirement | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| File Format | .AI, .PDF, .PSD, .EPS | Vector preferred. High-res PNG acceptable. |

4 Color & Typography
Color Matching
We use industrial-grade offset and digital printing. For best results:
- Specify Pantone (PMS) colors for brand-accurate logos.
- Standard CMYK process colors may vary by ±5% due to substrate absorption.
- Avoid very light gray or pastels on white paper; they may appear washed out.
Typography Rules
✅ Best Practice:
Use bold weights (600+) for readability. Minimum font size for body text should be
8pt. Thin fonts (300 or lighter) may print faintly.
Always embed fonts or convert to outlines. Unembedded fonts will default to system fonts, altering your layout.

6 Frequently Asked Questions
Can I print on both sides of the cup?
Yes, double-sided printing is available. You must provide a separate artwork file for the "back" side, aligned with the spine offset.
What if my logo has transparent areas?
Transparency is fine, but ensure the background matches the cup material (usually white or kraft). Flattening layers prevents unexpected rendering.
Do you accept RGB files for speed?
No. RGB is for screens, not print. Converting RGB to CMYK automatically can cause muddy colors. Please convert manually in Illustrator or Photoshop.
How long does proofing take?
Standard proofing takes 24–48 business hours. Rush proofing (same-day) is available for an additional fee upon request.
