Not at all! We offer beginner-friendly tours with full instruction on paddling technique, safety, and navigation. You only need to be able to swim comfortably and meet basic fitness requirements.
Safety is our priority. Our guides monitor conditions daily and will adjust routes, delay departures, or reschedule trips if weather or water conditions pose any risk. Full refunds or rebookings are available for severe cancellations.
Yes! We welcome personal gear. Please email us the make/model in advance so we can verify it meets our safety standards and fits our group's needs. Personal boats are used at the owner's risk.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure. 14-29 days: 50% refund. Less than 14 days: non-refundable, but can be rolled over to a future trip. Trip insurance is highly recommended and available at checkout.
