We accept private groups as small as 2 people. Larger groups (10+) may qualify for tiered pricing or dedicated support staff.
We recommend booking 6–12 weeks in advance for standard private trips. Peak seasons (summer, holidays) require 3–6 months lead time for optimal availability.
Yes. Minor adjustments can be made up to 14 days before departure. Major route or duration changes may affect pricing and require planner approval.
Absolutely. Every private trip includes certified guides with wilderness first aid training, emergency communication devices, and full safety briefings. Medical kits are provided on all expeditions.
Full refund up to 60 days before departure. 50% refund between 30–59 days. Within 30 days, deposits are non-refundable but can be rescheduled or transferred to another group member.
