Do I need prior outdoor experience?
It depends on the course. Foundation and safety courses welcome beginners, while technical and guiding programs require documented field experience or prerequisite certifications.
What certification will I receive?
Upon passing the final exam, you'll receive a digital and physical certificate recognized by the American Mountain Guides Association (AMGA) and International Federation of Mountain Guides Associations (IFMGA).
What's the refund policy?
Full refunds are available up to 30 days before course start. Within 14-30 days, we offer a 50% refund or credit toward future courses. Medical or weather cancellations are handled case-by-case.
Is gear provided?
We provide all technical group gear (ropes, anchors, rescue kits, medical supplies). Personal gear lists are sent upon enrollment. We also offer rental packages at a discounted rate.
Can I take multiple courses at a discount?
Yes! Enrollment in 2+ courses within the same quarter receives a 15% bundle discount. Team bookings (3+ people) receive an additional 10%.
