Every box is assembled by hand in our climate-controlled fulfillment studio. Here's how we protect your chocolate.
Quality Check
Each bar is inspected for temper, snap, and packaging integrity before leaving the studio.
Thermal Wrap
Wrapped in moisture-barrier foil and placed in insulated biopack sleeves.
Phase-Change Inserts
Non-toxic gel packs maintain 65°F (18°C) transit temperature for up to 72 hours.
Secure Boxing
Placed in rigid, recycled corrugated boxes with tamper-evident seals and tracking labels.
🌐 International Shipping
- All international orders include customs documentation and HS code 1806 (chocolate)
- Import duties, VAT, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
- We do not ship to countries with strict food import restrictions without prior customs clearance
- Express shipping is recommended for regions with extended border processing times
🔄 Returns & Damage Policy
- Due to the nature of confectionery, we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons
- If your order arrives melted, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours
- Provide your order number and photos for instant replacement or full refund
- We proactively compensate for severe transit delays exceeding 14 business days
