Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about our PCB assembly process, requirements, and turnaround.

What files do I need to submit for a PCB assembly quote? +
We require Gerber files (for panel layout reference), a complete BOM (Bill of Materials) in Excel/CSV format, and a Pick & Place file (XY coordinates with rotation angles). Assembly drawings are recommended but not mandatory. If you only have CAD files, our engineering team can help convert them.
What is your standard turnaround time? +
Prototype quantities (1-50 pcs) typically ship within 3-5 business days after design approval. Production runs (100+ pcs) usually require 2-4 weeks depending on component availability and testing requirements. Expedited services are available.
Do you source components or can I provide them? +
Both options are available. We offer full turnkey service with verified global sourcing, or partial turnkey/consignment if you prefer to supply specific components. All parts undergo incoming inspection and counterfeit screening.
What quality standards do you follow? +
Our PCB assembly processes are certified to ISO 9001:2015 and IPC-A-610 Class 2 & 3 standards. We perform 100% AOI inspection, optional X-ray for hidden joints, and full ICT/FCT testing. Full traceability records are provided with every shipment.
