Can children join the tours?

Absolutely. Children aged 8 and up are welcome on all tours. Parents must accompany children under 12. The workshop is recommended for ages 12+ due to equipment and hot chocolate handling.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before your tour. Cancellations within 24 hours may be rescheduled once. In case of severe weather, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or refund.

Are your tasting rooms nut/dairy free?

Our main tasting room is dedicated vegan/gluten-free. The workshop kitchen processes dairy and nuts, but we offer fully vegan options upon request. Please note allergen details in your booking.
