Yes. We ship globally and have established trade partnerships across North America, Europe, and Asia. International accounts are subject to standard import regulations, and we provide full documentation (Certificates of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificates, and COFCO compliance) to ensure smooth customs clearance.

No. There are no setup fees or monthly minimums to maintain a wholesale account. We operate on a transparent, purchase-driven partnership model.

Our standard MOQ is 12 cases (60 bars) per product SKU for single-origin bars. For our Explorer's Collection or gift sets, the minimum is 6 cases (36 boxes). We accommodate smaller trial orders for new accounts upon request.

Absolutely. We encourage mixed orders to help you test market response. Each SKU must meet its individual minimum, but you can combine them into a single shipment under one PO.

Wholesale pricing is set at 50-55% of suggested retail price, depending on volume tier. We offer a three-tier volume discount structure that adjusts automatically as your annual order value increases. Custom pricing is available for long-term exclusive distributorships.

We accept wire transfer, ACH, and major credit cards. Standard terms are Net 15 for established accounts. New accounts require payment upfront until credit history is established (typically 3 months).

Standard production lead time is 5-7 business days after PO confirmation. Shipping transit time depends on your location: 2-4 days within the continental US, 5-8 days internationally. We ship in temperature-controlled packaging to guarantee product integrity.

Yes. We can ship to commercial addresses, PO boxes, and third-party freight forwarders. All shipments include full tracking and temperature-logger documentation for premium accounts.

Yes. Our private label program allows retailers and distributors to brand Terroir Cocoa's single-origin bars with custom packaging. Minimums start at 500 cases. We handle formulation approval, packaging design coordination, and full regulatory compliance labeling.
