We accept all major CAD and document formats including STEP (.step/.stp), IGES (.igs/.iges), STL, PDF, DWG, DXF, Parasolid (.x_t), CATIA (.CATPart), and SolidWorks (.sldprt/.sldasm). Native CAD files are preferred for the most accurate quoting, but 2D drawings in PDF format also work well.

We have no minimum order quantity for CNC machining and prototyping services — we can produce single parts. For injection molding and die casting, MOQs vary depending on tooling costs and typically start at 500 units. We'll discuss the most cost-effective approach for your specific needs during the quoting process.

Our quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Material prices are locked in at the time of order placement, not quoting. Quotes include all manufacturing, quality inspection, and standard packaging costs. Any custom packaging, special certifications, or additional processes are itemized separately.

Our facility uses secure file management systems, and we never share customer designs with third parties. We're also ITAR registered for defense-related projects.
