What should I wear and bring?+
We recommend comfortable closed-toe shoes, light breathable clothing, sunscreen, and a hat. The farm is outdoors and trails can be uneven. We provide bottled water and basic first aid kits.
Are tours suitable for children?+
Yes! Children 8 and older are welcome on most tours. The Morning Harvest Walk and Bean-to-Bar Immersion are particularly engaging for younger guests. We provide scaled-down tools and simplified tasting portions.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Full refunds are issued for cancellations made 7+ days in advance. Cancellations within 48-7 days receive a 50% refund or credit. Same-day cancellations due to severe weather are fully refunded.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?+
Absolutely. Please note allergies in your booking. We provide vegan, nut-free, and gluten-free tasting alternatives for all experiences. Our facility handles nuts, dairy, and gluten.
