Terroir Cocoa is a family-owned cacao farm and artisan chocolate maker based in Ecuador. We cultivate fine-flavor cacao varieties and craft single-origin chocolate bars from our estate. 3. Products & Purchases

All product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, Terroir Cocoa does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice.
• Availability: Products are sold while supplies last. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse sales to any person or entity at our sole discretion.
• Dietary & Allergen Information: Our facilities process cacao, dairy, nuts, and soy. While we maintain strict protocols, cross-contamination may occur. Always review packaging for allergen statements.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Due to the perishable nature of premium chocolate, we carefully package all orders to maintain quality during transit. Shipping times vary by destination and are estimates only. Terroir Cocoa is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or force majeure events. Once items are delivered, risk of loss transfers to the purchaser.

5. Returns, Refunds & Product Quality

Standard returns for change-of-mind purchases are not accepted for food and consumable goods due to health and safety regulations. All sales are final unless a product defect is verified by our quality assurance team.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the overall design, is the property of Terroir Cocoa or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
